When you use the Site for booking holidays, please ensure that all the information provided by you such as names, dates of travel, passport numbers etc is accurate. 365 Journeys cannot be liable for any erroneous information given by you. 365 Journeys shall not in any way be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by you as a result of erroneous information provided by you. In case of third party products and advertisement displayed on our Site, we shall not in any way be liable / responsible for the contents, quality or safety of such of the third party products and advertisements. We do not in any way or in any manner endorse the products or services advertised on the Site by third party advertisers. Users are solely responsible for verifying the contents and information provided in such advertisements before making any decisions based on the same.
365 Journeys shall not in any way be or responsible / liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by you as a result of availing such products and services advertised by third parties on this Site. PRIVACY POLICY We believe in protecting the personal information provided by you to us while making any bookings with us and we value your right to privacy. The personal information (such as your name, address (postal and email), telephone number, travel details, passport number) that we collect shall not be shared with any one else, except as required under law and we shall take all reasonable steps to protect the security of personal information provided by you. Please however note that in the event any personal information is shared over electronic means of communications (such as email) we shall not be responsible for the safety of such mode of communication and for the personal information provided therein. How to Book with 365 Journeys Once you enquire with 365 Journeys regarding your Holiday Plans via submitting the website forms or by emailing your Plans to enquiry@365journeys.com, our team will get back to you with a detailed itinerary setting out date wise program along with the tour cost. If you want to make modifications or changes to your program before booking you are welcome to do so by letting us know you changes whether to modify the program or any particular hotel you wish to stay. Once you are finalized the Tour Program you will be guided through the reservation Process Firstly we will be requiring the Full Names of all the Travellers and a Scan copy of Passport for tours inclusive of internal flights, train tickets or safaris in a national park. We would also require a Non Refundable Deposit of 20% of the Tour Invoice + Internal Flight if any. The Balance payment for the holiday can be made 45 Days prior to your arrival or even you can make a part payment of 50% and the balance on arrival in the Destination. Failing to make the balance payment, we shall cancel your bookings and shall not have any liability towards you. You shall indemnify us against any losses which we may suffer. Please note in some cases like during festival seasons, X’mas or New Years eve some of the hotels payment policies differ. They may require an advance of full payments immediately on booking, in such cases a higher deposit is required. For all the luxury train journeys a non refundable deposit of 30 Percent is required. We will advise you of these higher deposits, if required, while accepting your booking or soon after that. Please note the deposit amount is non-refundable, except in instances when we cancel the holiday or express our inability to operate it (other than for reasons not within our control).

Within the receipt of Deposit we shall start processing your booking and will sent you the confirmation within Seven Days from the receipt of the deposit. While in most instances we are able to confirm all the arrangements within a few weeks of receiving the order, in some instances changes may be required or some confirmations may have to wait till much later. If we need to make a significant change to the itinerary booked, such as a change of hotel or mode of transport or omission of a place, it is done with your concurrence. It is thus important that you give us sufficient contact telephone numbers, both for daytime and evenings, so that changes to your itinerary, if any, can be
discussed. The remaining payment must be paid 45 Days prior to the arrival or even you can make a part payment of 50% and the balance on arrival in the Destination. Two weeks before your arrival we will send you a soft copy of Tour Program along with Local Contact Information and will guide you on meeting at the Airport. Once we receive you at the Airport we will handover you the hard copy of your travel itinerary along with your Hotel Voucher, Service Voucher and (Internal Flight or Train) Ticket If any.
Travel Insurance It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the traveller is adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Cancellation/Refunds In case of cancellation of reservations and/or tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed in writing. You must notify us in writing stating the reasons for cancellation as you may be covered by your insurance policy. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the intimation in writing and cancellation charges would be as below.

  • If the reservation is Cancelled greater than 60 Days Prior to the arrival Cancellation charge will be the deposit paid
  • If the reservation is Cancelled 30 Days prior to the arrival cancellation charge will be 50% of the package
  • If the reservation is cancelled 20 Days prior to the arrival cancellation charge will be 80% of the package
  • If the reservation is cancelled 15 to 0 Days prior to the arrival cancellation charge will be 100% of the package

During “Peak-Season,” which is defined by the density of tourist inflow in each region, and may vary from place to place and hotel to hotel, any particular hotel may implement a different cancellation policy. The travel agent is bound to follow the hotel specific cancellation policy; and in case of variation from the above stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the client and not the travel agent. After the trip has started, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. We will also not be liable for any additional cost incurred due to flight delays or cancellation, train delays or cancellation, fog, strikes etc.
Excursions / Representatives and Agents

  • (a) Excursions only form part of your holiday arrangements if they are described in this website or purchased before departure. Game drives in wildlife reserves will be subject to the rules and regulations applicable to the particular reserve at the time of your visit and as laid down by the relevant government. Such rules and regulations are subject to change without notice and are beyond the control of 365 Journeys.
  • (b) Our acceptance of liability for the acts of our representatives or agents in clause above is only binding if our representatives or agents are acting with our authority and/or performing their duties as described in this website or brochure. This excludes for example any social contact that you may have with them.

Complaints and Claims We try our level best to give quality services to our clients, however just by chance in case if you are not happy with any of the services, then please notify us immediately enable us to take quick action to rectify it to avoid the same problem happen again during the next stage of the trip.
